Documents Requirement

Valid Passport – Current passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date+ Old passport.

Recent Photograph – 35 × 45 mm – Plain white background, face covering approx. 70%.

Do not wear a white shirt. Glasses should not be worn.

Covering Letter – On company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable.

National Identity Proof – EAadhaar Card.

Travel Documents

 Proposed ticket itinerary.

 Hotel booking/accommodation confirmation.

Day to Day tour itinerary

Financial Proof

 Original Personal bank statements for the last 6 months stamp sign with minimum 1.5 Lakh amount.

Occupation Proof

For Business Owners / Self-Employed

 Business Registration Certificate and GST Registration Certificate.

For Salaried Applicants

 NOC from employer on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped.

 Salary slips for the last 6 months.

For Retired Applicants

Retirement/Pension proof.

Pension statements for the last 6    months.

For Students

 Valid Student ID Card.

 NOC from School/College.

 Birth Certificate.

Sponsor’s Financial Documents – Required if the trip is being sponsored by another person.
