Documents Requirement

Valid Passport – Original Passport issued within the last 10 years, with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the scheduled return date and at least 2 blank pages + old passport if any.

Recent Photograph – 35 × 45 mm – Plain white background, face covering approx. 70-80%. Do not wear a white shirt. Glasses should not be worn.

Application Form - to be filled and signed by applicant.

Covering Letter – explaining the purpose of visit, on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable.

Letter of invitation from the Hungarian business partner duly signed and stamped by an authorized person of the business entity

Providing evidence of the actual business relations in Hungary by a letter of reference from the Hungarian/ Indian Company

National Identity Proof – Aadhaar Card & PAN Card copy.

Travel Documents - ticket itinerary

Hotel booking/accommodation confirmation.

Travel Medical Insurance – Valid throughout all Schengen countries and covering the entire duration of the trip, with minimum medical coverage of EUR 30,000. Austria Missions accept travel medical insurance from approved Indian travel insurance companies only.

Financial Proof- Original Personal bank statements for the last 6 months with Bank stamp sign.

Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.

Term/Fixed Deposits and property/asset documents, if applicable.

Business Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate. Partnership Deed, if applicable.

Company ITRs for the last 3 years. Company Original bank statements for the last 6 months with bank stamp sign.

Salary slips for the last 6 months & Company ID Card copy.

Covering Letter – explaining the purpose of visit, on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable.

Invitation letter for visiting family and friends in Hungary must be issued by the Hungarian Office of Immigration and Nationality;

evidence of legal residence of child to be visited: copy of passport/national ID card (first and last page if it’s an Indian passport) + copy of his/her residence permit

If the applicant intends to stay with a family member or a friend, proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation from the host, confirmation of the third person with signature, proof of address and copy of passport or Hungary ID card

For Salaried Applicants- NOC from employer on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, Salary slips for the last 6 months & Company ID Card copy.

For Retired Applicants-Retirement/Pension proof, Pension statements for the last 6 months.

For Students- Valid Student ID Card, NOC from School/College, Birth Certificate.

Sponsor’s Financial Documents –  if the trip is sponsored by another person or company, including sponsor letter, identification and financial documents, as applicable.

Information enabling an assessment of your intention not to enter the territory of Hungary or other the Schengen States.
