Documents Requirement

Valid Passport – Original Passport issued within the last 10 years, with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the scheduled return date and at least 2 blank pages.

Copies of the bio-data and all used pages of current and previous passports, including visa, immigration stamp.

Recent Photograph – 35 × 45 mm – Plain white background, face covering approx. 70-80%. Do not wear a white shirt. Glasses should not be worn.

Application Form – Online application to be filled and signed by applicant.

Covering Letter – explaining the purpose of visit, on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable.

Business Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate

For Salaried Applicants- NOC from employer on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped

For Retired Applicants-Retirement/Pension proof,
