Documents Requirement

Valid Passport – Current passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date.

Copies of the bio-data and all used pages of current and previous passports, including visa, immigration stamp and observation pages.

Recent Photograph – 35 × 45 mm – Plain white background, face covering approx. 70%.

Do not wear a white shirt. Glasses should not be worn.

Covering Letter – On company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable. It should be addressed to the Visa Officer, Canada High Commission, New Delhi, India.

National Identity Proof – EAadhaar Card.

Financial Proof

 Personal bank statements for the last 6 months.

 Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.

 Term/Fixed Deposits and property/asset documents, if applicable.

Occupation Proof

Business Registration Certificate and GST Registration Certificate.

Partnership Deed, if applicable.

 Company ITRs for the last 3 years.

 Company bank statements for the last 6 months.

Salary slips for the last 6 months and Company ID Card copy.

 Mobile number and email id

 Parents date of birth, address ( If deceased, date of death)

 Last 10 year occupation details (company name, address, designation, join date and exit date

 Education details (college name, address, course name, join date and complete date)

 Spouse and Child name and date of birth, address

Canada Business Visa Requirement

Valid Passport – Current & previous passport, if applicable, with bio-data, visa pages and travel stamps.

Recent Photograph, 35–45 mm, white background, as per visa requirements.

Aadhaar Card & PAN Card Copy.

Covering Letter explaining the visa purpose, travel plans, financial details and return to India.

Ticket Itinerary.

Hotel Booking / Accommodation Confirmation.

Financial Proof – Personal 6 months’ bank statements & 3 years’ ITR.

Term / Fixed Deposits & Property / Asset Documents, if applicable.

Sponsor's Financial Documents, if the trip is being sponsored.

Employment / Occupation Proof:

Employer NOC / Leave Approval Letter & Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips, for salaried applicants.

Company Bank Statements (last 3 months), Company ITR (last 3 years), Registration & GST Certificate, for self-employed/business applicants.

Student ID Card and NOC from School / College, for students.

Conditional Requirement

• Birth Certificate of the child.
• Consent Letter from the non-traveling parent (if only one parent is traveling).
• Proof of Guardianship (if applicable).
• Family ties proof to ensure return to home country.
