Documents Requirement

Valid Passport – Original Passport issued within the last 10 years, with at least 6 months’ validity beyond the scheduled return date and at least 2 blank pages + old passport if any.

Recent Photograph – 35 × 45 mm – Plain white background, face covering approx. 70-80%. Do not wear a white shirt. Glasses should not be worn.

Application Form - to be filled and signed by applicant.

Covering Letter – explaining the purpose of visit, on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, wherever applicable.

Invitation letter from an Egypt-based entity with full address and contact details of the host.

ID copy of the Invitee.

Travel Documents

Confirmed return complete-route Air ticket.

Confirmed Hotel Booking/Accommodation Voucher.

Financial Proof- Original Personal bank statements for the last 6 months with Bank stamp sign.

Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years.

Business Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate. Partnership Deed, if applicable.

Invitation letter from an Egypt-based host with proof of relationship with the invitee Passport copy

Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years.

Occupation Proof

For Business Owners / Self-Employed- Business Registration Certificate, GST Registration Certificate. Partnership Deed, if applicable.

For Salaried Applicants- NOC from employer on company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, Salary slips for the last 6 months.

For Retired Applicants-Retirement/Pension proof, Pension statements for the last 6 months.

For Students- Valid Student ID Card, NOC from School/College, Birth Certificate.
